Outlet Analysis: (see description under Inspection Services) depends on the number of outlets analyzed-$3.75 per outlet during home inspection or if already on-site; discounts for multiple outlets.
Water Test: (see description under Inspection Services): $25. $40 to include lead, bacteria, pesticides.
$25 discount for active duty military, previous clients and multiple inspections.
Consulting work is billed at $100 per hour for site work and $75 per hour for office work. The initial phone call is free for the first 15 minutes then is billed at the regular office rate. Minimum fee is $150.00 for any consulting work.
Infrared Thermography
Fees start at $150 per hour (minimum fee.) This includes a written report which is mailed and/or e-mailed. Contract work is available and is typically more economical depending on the scope of the work and the needs of the client. Please call to discuss.
What you get: a trained, experienced and certified level 1 thermographer* will take as many infrared images of the problem area as needed (no limit), interpret the images, make recommendations and provide a written report.
Further diagnostics, i.e., moisture meter probing, invasive inspection, etc. can be done if the client deems it necessary for their needs and the fee will be adjusted per the additional time involved.
*Certification by Infrared Training Center (ITC) which follows the criteria established by the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) SNT-TC-1A guidelines. Additional information can be obtained at ITC's website www.infraredtraining.com/courses.
